We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring exceptional patient care . Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and giving injections.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure a smooth operation of the practice.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, educating patients on treatment plans, and ensuring their comfort during visits.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or similar required.
- Familiarity with outpatient care practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to OR settings and inpatient care.
- Medical administrative support.
- EMR.
- Experience administering injections.
- Driver's License.
